NEW SIRE - Oldfield Uarbry U56

Purchased at the 4th Annual Oldfield On-Property Sale at Gunnedah for the second top price of $5500.  Uarbry will be used as an outcross sire in the paddock to back up our AI program.  He is sired by Bowen Roxborough (full brother to the 2001 Sydney Royal Grand Champion Female) and out of a superb cow by growth and muscle trait leader, Davis Facsimile.

We feel he will compliment our very strong AI sire team with his good body length, muscle and strong performance pedigree.  

New AI Sire - LLL Nuff Said 45H

We are delighted to announce the purchase of the Australian semen and marketing rights in this great young North American sire (further details on our Sires Page).  Our first calves are due in March 2002.

Naracoorte Show and Sale Results - March 8th 2001 

• Our sole exhibit at Naracoorte, Cannawigra Devo U07, sold for $4500 to repeat buyer Don Robertson, "Skene", Hamilton, Victoria.  Thankyou to Don and the underbidders on our bull.

• 81 bulls were offered.  78 sold for an average of $4253.   

• Top price of $16,500 was paid by Heatherdale for the Junior Champion Bull exhibited by Bendulla.  Congratulations to Ross, Raelene and Andrew Bennett on a well deserved average of $7487.50 for 8 very good bulls (including the 2nd top price of $13,500).  Bendulla also won the Most Successful Exhibitor Award.
